SD-ARMOR is a National Security Research Center of Excellence administered by SD EPSCoR and the SD Board of Regents, with funding support from the Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED), spanning SD Mines, Dakota State University, SD State University, the University of South Dakota, and Black Hills State University.
