Governor's Resilient Infrastructure Taskforce (GRIT)
Co-chaired by the Lt. Governor, GRIT functions as SD-ARMOR's operational proving ground across all three pillars. Director R. Hoover and P2 Lead A. Podhradsky both serve as GRIT Taskforce members, giving the center standing access to the state's critical-infrastructure stakeholder network — Black Hills Energy, Xcel Energy, SDN Communications, SD DOT, the SD Fusion Center, and DHS/CISA among its members.
